Matter of Mind Programme

This 12 week group coaching programme is designed to help you improve the relationship you have with yourself. Mentally, emotionally and physically.

 

Start Date: Tuesday 17th May 2022 at 7pm

You might want to feel happier and healthier but you're stuck, stressed and don't know where to start. This is where my programme Matter of Mind comes in. To help you, step by step, in creating a happier, healthier version of you.

The Programme

Over 12 weeks you'll learn how to reduce stress and create calm so you can live a happier and healthier life. One with more balance, boundaries and being you.

You'll learn how to shift your mindset, manage your emotions, improve your confidence and self belief.

You'll join a group of people who are ready to improve their lives and minds too. This space will be supportive, encouraging and full of compassion.  

I will give you the knowledge and tools you need to create and maintain a happier, healthier mind. So you can feel good inside and out.

This course requires commitment, effort, hard work, fun, honesty and most importantly an open mind. It will include a lot of self-work, practical activities, self enquiry, learning and sharing.

It'll take place every Tuesday from 17th May at 7pm on Zoom. Our final meeting with be on Tuesday 2nd August.

Investment £540 

This equals £45 for each module

Including 90 minutes live teaching, coaching support in between sessions,

worksheets, resources and practical tools to support you every step of the way

 

Secure your place with £90 deposit

Then pay remaining balance 2 weeks before start date 

or split the cost across 6 fortnightly x £75 payments
