Join me to learn how and why to journal for better wellbeing.

In this online workshop, I will teach you how to journal to boost your mindset and your awareness. I'll be explaining why it's one of the most impactful tool you can use to improve your wellbeing and why I'm so passionate about it. I'll also provide you with a proven template to stick to each day to help you feel happier and more positive.

I'm re-running this workshop to help more people bring the habit of journaling into their life. And for those who couldn't make the last event in early February!
